In connection with the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices containing batteries, we are required to inform you of the following:
As an end user, you are legally required to return used batteries. You may return used batteries that we sell or have sold as new batteries to us free of charge. The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meanings:
These symbols are intended to clearly show that our batteries and control units must not be disposed of with regular household waste.
Battery disposal in accordance with the German Battery Act (BattG)
We are manufacturers of electrical equipment pursuant to Section 3 No. 9 of the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG). As such, we guarantee that we place on the market only electrical equipment that we have registered with the Federal Environment Agency or the responsible authorities in accordance with Section 6 (2) sentence 1 of the ElektroG.
