During the ordering process through our webshop, you will be asked for your clothing size. In addition to the classic clothing sizes, you can also view a detailed size chart showing all the measurements of our EMS / EMA suits.

An essential quality feature of our suits is their stretchability. If one measurement is a few centimeters outside the size chart, this is not a big deal. What matters is that the suit fits snugly and you can move comfortably at the same time. For example, if you have broad shoulders and a very slim waist, please order the suit so that it fits in the chest area. We provide corresponding Velcro zipper bands so that you can taper the suit at the slightly loose spots accordingly.

If the suit doesn't fit, you can of course exchange it with us free of charge.

The app for our training systems is free of charge. It can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store (Apple) as well as from the Google Play Store (Android).

Are there differences between the Home and Pro systems?

The control units as well as our training suits are designed for a higher number of users in the PRO version. They are more durable and thus ideal for studio operation. However, the effect of the training systems for home use does not differ from the suits of the EMS / EMA studios.

How many electrodes are there in the kraftwunder suits and where are they placed?

Our EMA / EMA suits have 12 stainless steel electrodes (2 x neck, 2 x chest, 2 x abdomen, 2 x mid back, 2 x lower back, 2 x buttocks) as well as two arm and leg electrodes made of silver each. In total, our systems therefore have 16 electrodes.

Important: More significant than the number of electrodes is the area they cover. The larger this area, the larger the area through which the current flows and the muscle mass reached. For example, our arm and leg electrodes are ring electrodes. They distribute the current over the entire cuff areas.

Are the lines laid out so that the EMS / EMA suits can withstand stretch movements?

How long does the battery last?

The battery life of our power boxes usually lasts for 15-20 training sessions of 20 minutes each without recharging – depending on training intensity. However, we recommend not letting the battery run completely empty, as this can reduce the battery's lifespan.

Do I need an internet connection to use the app?

Our app is connected to your suit via Bluetooth. An internet connection is therefore not required. You can thus do your training even in places where there is no good internet connection.

Where are my training data stored?

Your training data is stored exclusively for you in the app on your phone. It is not collected centrally. We cannot view your data. Your data is maximally protected.

Are there groups of people for whom EMS / EMA training is not allowed? Can the training be dangerous?

In principle, the use of our training systems is not hazardous to health. However, there are conditions that generally exclude the use of EMS / EMA systems. The following circumstances are to be understood here:

Existing muscle soreness, cramps, or neurological diseases
Electronic implants such as a pacemaker
Cardiovascular diseases or tumor diseases
Short-term illnesses (e.g., a cold)
Pregnancy

If you have any of the above-mentioned conditions or are unsure whether training with EMS / EMA is suitable for you, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand.

Important: The electrodes must not be placed on injured skin, open wounds, or fresh scars.

Training at home, the flexible suit, and the avoidance of heavy weights protect the joints and enable effective and everyday training. Do I have to do sports exercises or use sports equipment when training with EMS / EMA suits?

Performing exercises during your EMS / EMA training is not required. It is sufficient to tense the muscles. The training can be carried out statically without movement accordingly.

How often can I train? Are the training sessions limited per week?

Accepted Answer

The number of training sessions per week is not limited. However, to get you and your body used to the new training load, you should train only once a week at the beginning. After a short familiarization phase, you can increase to two training sessions per week. The training itself lasts about 20 minutes. To ensure optimal recovery, you should observe a rest period of at least 48 hours after each training session.

Important: For cardio and relaxation programs, the number of weekly sessions can be increased, as the intensity is lower.

Can multiple people train with the training app or a suit from kraftwunder?

EMA / EMS suits from kraftwunder can be used by multiple people. However, if both people have different body sizes, a second suit would need to be purchased to ensure the best possible fit. The control unit can then be used for both suits. If the same suit is used, it is recommended to wear EMS-compatible underwear for hygienic reasons. How often are the kraftwunder suits cleaned?

As with any training clothing, cleaning is especially important. To do this, turn the suit inside out after each training session and hang it on a hanger in a well-ventilated place so it can dry quickly. Wash the suit as well as the arm and leg electrodes as needed (odor, dirt, etc.) with chlorine-free delicate detergent (under no circumstances use hygiene detergent or fabric softener) at 30°C on a normal wash cycle and spin at a maximum of 600 revolutions per minute.

Close the zipper on the suit before washing. The suit must not be washed inside out. Afterwards, please let the suit dry completely before the next use.

How should the tracksuits be stored?

The best thing to do is to hang your suit on a hanger and store it in a well-ventilated place so that it can dry properly.

Is it allowed for the suit / electronics to come into contact with water?

Accepted Answer

The suit can come into contact with water without any concerns. However, the control unit and the battery are electronic components. Contact with moisture should therefore be avoided.
