Von der Idee zur Inovation
Thorsten Große, Gründer und Geschäftsführer der Nowbody GmbH & Co.KG, ist stets auf der Suche nach neuen, faszinierenden Herausforderungen. Als begeisterter Sportler ist er immer offen für neue Trainingsmethoden und entdeckte so das EMS-Training für sich. Um zeitlich flexibel zu sein, legte er sich ein eigenes EMS-System für den Heimgebrauch zu. Die Unzulänglichkeiten der bekannten Systeme weckten in ihm jedoch schnell den Wunsch, ein eigenes maßgeschneidertes EMS Trainingssystem zu entwickeln. Die Idee für kraftwunder war geboren.
Dank seines erfolgreichen Unternehmens, der Valitech GmbH & Co. KG, hatte er ein hochqualifiziertes Team aus Software- und Hardwareentwicklern an seiner Seite, das die Idee mit Begeisterung aufnahm. Zudem konnte er Fernando Piloto, einen erfahrenen Fitness & EMS-Experten, für die Vision von kraftwunder gewinnen. So begann 2017 eine Ära des Tüftelns und Experimentierens. Zunächst entstand das hochmoderne mittelfrequente EMA-System, das mit großem Erfolg in einem eigenen EMS-Studio in Potsdam eingesetzt wurde. Die außergewöhnlich positive Resonanz der Trainierenden machte kraftwunder schnell auch für andere Anbieter attraktiv, sodass die EMS Systeme der Marke kraftwunder schnell über den eigenen Studiobetrieb hinaus Verwendung fanden.
Die Corona-Pandemie zwang die gesamte Fitnessbranche zu einem radikalen Umdenken. Während Studios weltweit schließen mussten, erlebte der Heimfitnessbereich einen ungeahnten Boom. Unsere Entwickler bei kraftwunder nahmen diese Herausforderung an und erweiterten ihre Vision: Neben dem innovativen EMS System auf Basis modulierter Mittelfrequenzen entstand ein weiteres, speziell auf den Heimgebrauch ausgerichtetes EMS System – perfekt für alle, die bequem von zu Hause aus trainieren möchten.

EMS / EMA technology
EMS (Electromyostimulation): In low-frequency EMS, electrical impulses are transmitted through electrodes attached to the skin or special functional clothing to the muscles to be trained, causing an involuntary contraction of the muscles beneath the electrodes. EMS stimulates the muscle exclusively with low-frequency currents (usually in the range between 1-120 Hz) via the motor nerves.
EMA (Electromyactivation): Is a form of EMS training that works with medium-frequency current. The medium-frequency currents of the Kraftwunder EMA suits use carrier waves of about 2000 Hz. The muscle contraction can be triggered directly in the muscle cell instead of exclusively via the motor nerve. The medium-frequency currents break through the galvanic resistance of the skin faster. Both contribute to the electrical impulses feeling significantly more pleasant during training and the muscle soreness being less intense.
Unlike EMS suits, the electric current of EMA suits allows the muscle cells to be activated more physiologically. The muscle contraction can be triggered directly in the muscle cell instead of exclusively via the motor nerve as with classic EMS. This not only leads to a faster breakthrough of the galvanic skin resistance. Both contribute to the electrical impulses feeling significantly more pleasant during training and the muscle soreness being less severe.

During training with low-frequency EMS, you feel an intense tingling that activates your muscles. The higher current frequency of the medium-frequency EMA suits, on the other hand, protects the nerves. EMA training is perceived as more pleasant and significantly reduces the aforementioned tingling or it only occurs at a much higher intensity.
Ordering process
During the ordering process through our webshop, you will be asked for your clothing size. In addition to the classic clothing sizes, you can also view a detailed size chart showing all measurements of our EMS / EMA suits.
An essential quality feature of our suits is their stretchability. If your measurement is a few centimeters outside the size chart, this is not a big deal. What matters is that the suit fits snugly and you can move comfortably at the same time. For example, if you have broad shoulders and a very slim waist, please order the suit so that it fits in the chest area. We provide corresponding Velcro zipper bands so that you can taper the suit at the slightly loose spots accordingly.
If the suit doesn't fit, you can of course exchange it with us free of charge.

In our webshop, you can pay using common methods such as PayPal, bank transfer, etc. In addition, we offer the option of installment purchase via Klarna. For customers in the B2B sector, the conditions are individually coordinated with our sales department.
Warranty: Our EMS / EMA suits as well as our complementary products are subject to the statutory warranty rights. It should be noted that every customer is required to check the goods for functionality upon receipt and to use and care for them carefully. Detailed usage and care instructions are provided when you purchase your suit. If a malfunction occurs, you can contact us at any time via our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal: If the customer is a consumer, all products purchased online are generally subject to a 14-day return policy. Customers who are entrepreneurs do not have a right of withdrawal. Our goods are no exception here. Detailed information on the procedure and obligations in the event of a withdrawal can be found in our general cancellation policy.
The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days. Shipping is done by DHL.
The app for our training systems is free of charge. It can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store (Apple) as well as from the Google Play Store (Android).
EMS / EMA suits (technology, repair, etc.)
The control units as well as our training suits are designed for a higher number of users in the PRO version. They are more durable and thus ideal for studio operation. However, the effect of the training systems for home use does not differ from the suits of the EMS / EMA studios.
Our EMA / EMA suits have 12 stainless steel electrodes (2 x neck, 2 x chest, 2 x abdomen, 2 x mid back, 2 x lower back, 2 x buttocks) as well as two silver arm and leg electrodes each. In total, our systems therefore have 16 electrodes.
Important: More significant than the number of electrodes is the area they cover. The larger this area, the larger the area through which the current flows and the muscle mass reached. For example, our arm and leg electrodes are ring electrodes. They distribute the current over the entire cuff areas.
Our EMS / EMA training suits are specially wired so that very dynamic movements can also be performed without restriction.
The battery life of our power boxes usually lasts for 15-20 training sessions of 20 minutes each without recharging – depending on training intensity. However, we recommend not letting the battery run completely empty, as this can reduce the battery's lifespan.
Our power miracle app is supported by iOS and Android. It can be downloaded for free from the App Store (Apple) as well as from the Google Play Store (Android).
Our app is connected to your suit via Bluetooth. An internet connection is therefore not required. You can thus do your training even in places where there is no good internet connection.
Your training data is stored exclusively for you in the app on your phone. It is not collected centrally. We cannot view your data. Your data is maximally protected.

Training with our suit systems
Basically, the use of our training systems is not hazardous to health. However, there are characteristics that generally exclude the use of EMS / EMA systems. The following conditions are to be understood here:
- Existing muscle soreness, cramps, or neurological diseases
- Electronic implants such as a pacemaker
- Cardiovascular diseases or tumor diseases
- Short-term illnesses (e.g., with a cold)
- pregnancy
If you have any of the above characteristics or are unsure whether training with EMS / EMA is suitable for you, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand.
Important: The electrodes must not be placed on injured skin, open wounds, or fresh scars.
Performing exercises during your EMS / EMA training is not required. It is sufficient if the muscles are tensed. The training can accordingly be carried out statically without movement.
Our suits are wireless systems with a high-performance battery.
Both enable training in almost any location. Furthermore, the lateral attachment of the power box, the stretchability of the suit fabric, and the special wiring of the training suits ensure full freedom of movement during the execution of your exercises.
Basically, the use of underwear during training is not required. However, if you share the suit with another person, for example, it is recommended to wear EMS-compatible base layers for hygienic reasons. You can find the appropriate clothing for our training systems in our webshop.
Training with kraftwunder EMS / EMA suits can greatly support you in achieving your physical goals. This applies to muscle building, fat burning, as well as muscular endurance. The short training times and joint-friendly exercises also allow you to stay active in sports even in a busy everyday life.
Important: It should be noted in conclusion that training success also largely depends on a healthy lifestyle. In particular, nutrition is of special importance for long-lasting weight loss success.
Training successes become apparent with proper use of our tightening systems after just a few weeks.
The number of training sessions per week is not limited. However, to get you and your body used to the new training load, you should train only once a week at the beginning. After a short familiarization phase, you can increase to two training sessions per week. The training itself lasts about 20 minutes. To ensure optimal recovery, you should observe a rest period of at least 48 hours after each training session.
Important: For cardio and relaxation programs, the number of weekly sessions can be increased, as the intensity is lower.
EMA / EMS suits from kraftwunder can be used by multiple people. However, if both people have different body heights, a second suit would need to be purchased to ensure the best possible fit. The control unit can then be used for both suits. If the same suit is used, it is recommended to wear EMS-compatible underwear for hygienic reasons. You can find the appropriate clothing for our training systems in our webshop.

Important: As a rule, we recommend using the preset training programs. Custom programs should ideally only be used if you have experience with the parameters mentioned above and the effects of the changes.
Maintenance of our suit systems
As with any training clothing, cleaning is especially important. To do this, turn the suit inside out after each training and hang it on a hanger in a well-ventilated place so it can dry quickly. Wash the suit as well as the arm and leg electrodes as needed (odor, dirt, etc.) with chlorine-free delicate detergent (under no circumstances use hygiene detergent or fabric softener) at 30°C on a normal wash cycle and spin at a maximum of 600 revolutions per minute.
Close the zipper on the suit before washing. The suit must not be washed inside out. Afterwards, please let the suit dry completely before the next use.
The best thing to do is to hang your suit on a hanger and store it in a well-ventilated place so that it can dry well.
The suit can come into contact with water without any concerns. However, the control unit and the battery are electronic components. Contact with moisture should therefore be avoided.
