Ordering process
The forms of remuneration are always agreed individually with our customers. Please contact us using our contact form. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Rental of tracksuits is not possible. However, control units and the associated battery/charger can be rented and loaned out to your customers. This means they can continue their training even during longer absences (vacation, business trip, etc.).
If the customer is a consumer, he is entitled to revoke his contractual declaration. Customers who are entrepreneurs have no right of withdrawal. The statutory warranty rights apply to our EMS / EMA suits and our complementary products. It should be noted that every customer is required to check the functionality of the goods upon receipt and to use and maintain them carefully. You will receive detailed usage and care instructions upon purchase. However, if a problem occurs, you can contact us at any time. Having replacement devices in stock avoids long downtime.
Shipping usually takes place within five working days with the help of DHL.
The app for our training systems does not require a fee. It can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store (Apple) and the Google Play Store (Android).
EMS / EMA suits (technical, repair, etc.)
Our EMS / EMA suits have 20 stainless steel electrodes (2 x neck, 2 x chest, 2 x stomach, 2 x middle back, 2 x lower back, 2 x buttocks, 2 x front arm, 2 x back arm, 2 x front thigh and 2 x rear

Our EMS / EMA training suits are specially wired so that even very dynamic movements can be carried out without restrictions.
The battery life of our power boxes is usually sufficient for 15 -20 training sessions of 20 minutes each without recharging - depending on the training intensity. However, we recommend not letting the battery run completely empty, as this can reduce the lifespan of the battery.
Our power miracle app is supported by iOS and Android. It can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store
(Apple) and via the Google Play Store (Android).
Our app is connected to the suits via Bluetooth. An internet connection is therefore not required. This means you can also carry out the training with your customers in places where there is no good internet connection.
If the kraftbox loses connection to the app, it automatically interrupts the training. A "Connect" button will then appear in the app. Once the Bluetooth connection is restored and the button is pressed, you can start again from the point where you increase the overall intensity with +.
The training data is only stored in the app on the cell phone/tablet. They are not recorded centrally. We cannot view the data accordingly. Your data is protected to the maximum.

Training with our suit systems
The EMA / EMS suits from kraftwunder and the associated app can generally be used by multiple people. However, for hygienic reasons, dry suits should only be worn by one person or cleaned beforehand. In contrast, the EMS / EMA wet suits can be used by multiple people, provided that the user wears EMS-compatible base layers. In the case of a dry suit, this would interfere with the connection to the electrodes. However, with a wet suit, it would not be a problem as the electrodes are moistened before training.
With our training app, up to four people can train per device (mobile phone/tablet) at the same time. Using multiple devices, larger groups of people can be trained at the same time.

Important: We generally recommend using the preset training programs. The custom programs are ideally only to be used if you have experience with the ones mentioned above
parameters and the effects of the changes.
You can view our training programs in our kraftwunder app under the "Program Overview" tab. You can download it for free without purchasing an EMS / EMA system from the App Store (Apple) as well as from the Google Play Store (Android). The exact parameters can then be viewed and explained in the app and in the accompanying manual upon purchasing a system.
Our massage and wellness programs can also be used in the case of existing muscle soreness. They have a detoning effect on the muscles. However, we ask you to listen to your own body in any case and to allow the training to rest a little longer in case of pain or discomfort. In the application possibilities of the EMS / EMA procedures, we strictly adhere to the regulation for the protection against harmful effects of non-ionizing radiation in application on humans (NiSV). In this regulation, the application in case of muscle soreness is not listed as a contraindication.
